PIZZA SCHOOL
The Ristorante Tasso's Pizza School is a one-day cooking course dedicated to lovers of authentic Neapolitan pizza.
During the lesson, you will learn how to prepare the traditional dough and roll it out using authentic techniques, following the instructions of expert pizza makers.
Each participant has the opportunity to make their own pizza and then bake it in a real Neapolitan wood-fired oven, under the professional supervision of the staff.
